DESTONERS FOR STRIPPED GRAINS

Magnetic Destoners are for stripped grains, they excract easily and speedily stones and dust from the product stream. This new system has revolutionised the tecnique of the separation of the product from foreign bodies. It has advantages ahead of conventional systems because widely conventional system used in processing plants of peanuts and beans, does not make a good cleaning, leave a lot of residues, and need more technical assistance.

Furthermore, the magnetic system, rejects easily straw, corn cobs, and all the ferromagnetic materials that enter the production line.

DESTONERS FOR GRAINS IN THE SHELL

Magnetic Destoners for grains in the shell, just like Destoners for stripped grains, are able to separate soil dust and stones with a very high level of precision and efficiency.

They are designed to achieve the highest level of production with an excellent performance. For this, an exclusive design of feeding of product plays an important part.

MODELS: from 2 to 14Tons/hour

ROASTER OVENS

Electrothermic ovens for roasting peanuts, nuts, almonds, seeds and dry fruits in general. Simple operation and low maintenance. The product is roasted by hot air in uniform way, giving an excelent finished product.

Power: 1 a 5Kw

Capacity: 50 a 500Kg/hour

TRAVELLING CRANES

We manufacture for industry also, several types of travelling cranes. From small and portable cranes, to larger models of 5 and 10 tons.

It's used different systems of rails and commands. Details upon request.

BUCKET ELEVATORS

Bucket elevators for peanuts and cereals industry.

From 2 to 50 Tons. High strenght steel and transmission system by countershaft and moto-reductors.
