Magnetic Separation

MAGNETIC DESTONER

INSEL Ingeniería is the leader in the technique of separating stones in products such as peanuts and beans. The method of separation provides an efficient, clean separation being free noise, and of small scale. But most of all, it is a very precise separation, which in monetary terms, there is an important difference using this technique over traditional methods and machinery such us gravity separators, because there is zero wastage of the products like peanuts or beans, and the percentage of foreign bodies such as stones, soil and ferromagnetic pieces that out to the product stream is zero. In other words, this method is perfect to clean products such as peanuts, beans and similar products.

The INSEL Magnetic Destoners, work perfectly well with shelled grains, just like raw peanuts, roasted peanut, split peanuts, beans, and even processing the rejected bodies from any mechanical destoner already installed in the shelling plant. The INSEL Destoners, are built with the highest quality materials, and high level electronic technology is used. Besides which, we also build models for in-shell peanuts, and the design of the machines achieves a high level of production.
The Destoners are used on precleaning sections, working on shelled grains , directly replacing gravity separators . They are used with shelled grains, replacing mechanical destoners, and are used in vegetable oil shelling plants, working with industry peanuts, when it is necessary to achieve a high standard of cleanliness because of its high level contamination. This new technology is the latest word in the cleaning or separation of stones in products such as peanuts, beans and all grains which contain foreign bodies.
